  They refused to deliver to us because they said we are too far away. I explained that we were just 4 streets over. Google maps places us at 1.1 miles away. They still said we were too far out of range.

  The customer service was great, everyone was friendly. Especially our waiter. He made sure we were happy and asked a couple times if we needed anything else. He wasn't overly bothering us but he didn't forget about us either. I would definitely go back. Also the food came a lot quicker than I had expected.

  It's Thursday, I ordered online at 10:01pm(pretty much the same order I get everytime except I added brownies this time). The website states I should get my order in 30 mins. At about 10:45pm I try and call them to find out where my order is & no one is answering the phone at all. You can't even place an order over the phone because they are not answering the phones at all. I called 4x & no one ever answered the phone. I finally get thru to the overflow center & they cant even get ahold of this store. An hour after I ordered the driver finally shows up with not even warm food, and the order isn't even correct(the pizza is completely wrong). I used to be a regular customer of this store, but if I can't even get ahold of anyone at this store to find out where my order is when it's 45+ minutes late, then you don't need my business anymore. How can you run a business & not answer your phones during business hours?? You have lost a customer Pizza Hut. Not only this, but they are charging extra for their brownies now for "extra toppings or cheese" on brownies. What kind of BS is that? Who orders brownies with cheese on it??? I'll be writing the corporate office to let them know about this store location. Good luck if you have to call this store after you've ordered. You'll need an act of God to get them to answer the phones.

  When you repeatedly order from the same Pizza Hut and they not only don't they get your pizza right, ordered extra bacon, got no bacon at all. And then they bring you a 20oz vs the 2 liter that I ordered. This is kind of ridiculous...
